Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Policy
  • Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the product has not been dispatched.
  • Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Eligibility

A product shall be eligible for refund if:

  • It is returned within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • The original invoice is attached
  • The return reason is valid (example: damaged packaging, expired product, incorrect item)

Note: Products opened or partially used will not be eligible for return/refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Non-Refundable Items
  • Opened wellness products, Ayurvedic medicines, or agricultural items
  • Items with tampered packaging or missing invoice
  • Any product returned after the 7-day window
Refund Mode & Timeline
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned product
  • The amount will be refunded to the original payment mode (Bank/UPI/Wallet)
  • No cash refunds will be entertained
Distributor Specific Clause
  • Distributors may return unsold inventory within 60 days of purchase, provided:
    • Products are in saleable condition
    • Proper invoice and ID are submitted
    • Returns comply with the Direct Selling Guidelines
  • Restocking charges of up to 10% may apply
Exchange Policy
  • Exchange is only allowed if:
    • Product delivered was defective or damaged
    • Wrong product was sent
  • Contact must be made within 48 hours of delivery with images/proof
