• All payments for purchases made through ASR Online Marketing Pvt. Ltd., whether through our website or offline distributors, must comply with the terms outlined below.
• Payments must be made in full and in advance before the delivery or dispatch of products.
• We accept the following payment modes:
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, etc.)
  • Net Banking
  • Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
  • Wallets (if integrated)
  • Cash payments (only accepted via authorized ASR Distributors with valid invoice)

• A valid invoice will be issued after successful payment.
• Customers and distributors are advised to keep a digital or physical copy of the invoice for reference and warranty support.

• Orders with failed payments will not be processed.
• In case of double payment or transaction error, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

• Cash transactions should only be conducted through ASR-authorized Distributors.
• ASR is not responsible for any cash handed over to unauthorized agents or third parties.

• Distributor commissions are calculated based on sales volume and eligibility as per the ASR compensation plan.
• All earnings are subject to applicable taxes and statutory deductions.
• Commission and bonus payouts are made on a weekly cycle through bank transfer, only to verified accounts.

• Our website uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure customer data and transaction safety.
• ASR does not store any sensitive payment data like card numbers or CVV codes.

• Prices listed on the ASR platform are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise mentioned.
• Distributors are responsible for declaring their earnings and complying with income tax regulations as per Indian law.
