Prohibitions – ASR Online Marketing Pvt. Ltd.
- That any payment of Incentive by whatever names it is called unrelated to their respective sales volume is prohibited.
- That the Distributor or his/her relatives (relative means dependent son or daughter, father/mother, spouse) shall not engage in any activities of Multi Level Marketing of any other entity. If it is found then such Distributor shall be terminated.
- That the Distributor is prohibited from listing, marketing, advertising, promoting, discussing, or selling any product, or the business opportunity on any website or online forum that offers like auction as a mode of selling.
- That the Distributor hereby undertakes not to compel or induce or mislead any person with any false statement/promise to purchase products from ASR or to become Distributor of ASR.
- That the Distributor and ASR hereby undertakes not to indulge in money circulation scheme or any act barred by the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Scheme (Banning) Act, 1978.
- That ASR/Distributor shall not promote a pyramid scheme, as defined in Clause 1(12) of the "Advisory to State Government/Union Territories on Model Guideline on Product Selling" issued by the Department of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Government of India dated 09th Sep. 2016 F.NO. 21/18/2014-IT(Vol-II), in the garb of product selling business opportunities.
- किसी भी ऐसे प्रोत्साहन राशि का भुगतान करना या लेना, जो डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर की बिक्री मात्रा से संबंधित न हो, प्रतिबंधित है।
- ASR का कोई भी डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर या उसका परिवार (जैसे माता-पिता, आश्रित पुत्र/पुत्री, या जीवनसाथी) किसी अन्य पोंज़ी या पिरामिड स्कीम आधारित कंपनी की मल्टी लेवल मार्केटिंग गतिविधियों में भाग नहीं ले सकते। ऐसा पाए जाने पर तत्काल निष्कासन किया जाएगा।
- डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर को किसी भी नीलामी आधारित वेबसाइट या ऑनलाइन फोरम पर ASR उत्पादों या व्यापार अवसरों की मार्केटिंग, प्रचार या बिक्री करने की अनुमति नहीं है।
- डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर यह सुनिश्चित करेगा कि वह किसी भी व्यक्ति को झूठे वादे या भ्रामक जानकारी देकर ASR उत्पाद खरीदने या डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर बनने के लिए प्रेरित नहीं करेगा।
- ASR और उसके डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर किसी भी "मनी सर्कुलेशन स्कीम" या ऐसी किसी गतिविधि में शामिल नहीं होंगे जो Prize Chits and Money Circulation Scheme (Banning) Act, 1978 के अंतर्गत प्रतिबंधित हो।
- ASR या डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर किसी भी ऐसी पिरामिड योजना को बढ़ावा नहीं देंगे जो "उत्पाद बिक्री के अवसर" के नाम पर चलाई जा रही हो, जैसा कि उपभोक्ता मामलों के विभाग, खाद्य एवं सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा 09 सितम्बर 2016 को जारी दिशा-निर्देश (F.NO. 21/18/2014-IT(Vol-II)) की धारा 1(12) में परिभाषित किया गया है।
